SFI STAFF INFORMATION

CHAIRMAN - Forum Founder

- The person who existed SFI.
- Has infinite access and rights around SFI similar as the administrators.


EXECUTIVE - Administrators

- The person in charge of the whole forum and have full authority to take any actions around the forum.
- Responsible to make sure the forum is flowing smoothly and its staff are doing their tasks properly.
- Members can PM the admin anytime considered that the matter is relevant to the forum.


CHIEF OFFICER - Head Forum Moderator

- The person who will assist the admin to watch over the forum. Their task is similar as any Global Moderators.
- They have full authority to moderate the whole forum.
- Members can PM Chief Officers in any cases regarding SFI when the admin is unavailable.


DEPUTY OFFICER - Asst. Head Forum Moderator

- The person who will assist the head forum moderator in taking care of the forum.
- Members can PM the Deputy Officers regarding any questions regarding SFI as an alternative for PMing the admin or the Head Forum Moderator.


MANAGERS - Moderators

- The group which has the access to the Moderation Panel. They can moderate certain areas in the forum of their choice or as allocated by the admin. (lock, move, delete topics or posts)
- They will be in charge in keeping their sections well-kept and well-promoted.


OUTLOOK DESIGNER - Forum Designer

- The person in-charge of the forum layout and other graphic related matters inside the forum.


GRAPHIC PRODUCER - Graphic Staff

- The group is in charge of creations of graphics (gifs, jpegs, pngs etc) which is to be used by SFI for purposes of promotion etc.
- They should be the ones to first attend to graphics requests by the members.


EDITORS DIVISION - Language Translators

- The people in-charge of providing translations for articles.
- Works closely with SFI's News Division.


NEWS DIVISION - Reporters

- This is the group of people who will be responsible to update the forum with the latest news and info about DBSK, the Soulfighter and any sections that relates.


WRITERS DIVISION - Story Contributors

- This is the group of creative and talented people who will share with SFI members fictions and one-shots etc that they wrote. They are the first supply of reading materials for SFI.
- They should be able to fulfill any fanfic/oneshot requests by the members such as if a member wants them to create a story about him/herself with a particular or DBSK members.


TECHS DIVISION - Download Contributors

- These people will be in charge of providing SFI with download links of any sorts.
- May involve uploadings or reuploadings.


PUBLICITY - Promoters

- In charge to promote SFI to other sites. They should be able to help SFI affiliate with other forums, sites or blogs.
- Help SFI to promote any events that SFI is holding, or any subjects that the admin requires them to.

hmm well it should change by it self, but maybe we have done womething wrong in the settings...
I'll just try to see what's the problem and fix it, thanks for letting us know ^^

I've looked at it now, and there were nothing wrong with the setings but i think it might have been because you once "applyed" to be in the group though you didn't have enough post at that time :3

But your in the group now ^^
